I recognize the semi-retired state with respect to programming, and having trouble developing my programming skills further. 
Starting a small cooperative (QWAN) helped somewhat, first amongst ourselves on an internal project, so that at least we had pairs. We are now on the verge of acquiring our first programming project for external customers, so that we get to spend a lot of time sharpening the saw while delivering value.</description>
