I can imagine the problems and frustration you had, when beeing forced – without wanting to – to force other people into change. Even if they don’t want the change (and it might even not be good for them).

You still did some good to a lot of people, including me.

very well observed, or rather ‘lived through’. One of the patterns I am biased on is: As soon as someone wants to see your roadmap or presentation of your agile transformation / improvement etc. … well, exactly at that point in time you know you’re lost ;)
